Cannot open/start Secure VPN

When I open the app, I first have to agree to the Terms of Use. Then I get the page "Start your 7-day trial of Secure VPN" where I choose the "I already have a subscription" After I enter my login/password, I get re-directed to the page that says "Start your 7-day trial of Secure VPN." Any re-attempt brings me back to this same page.
Any clues to what is wrong? (I have a subscription to Norton 360).
