Cannot receive emails from one sender

Installed Norton Security Premium Nov 6, 2017.  Am no longer receiving emails from one wow.com sender.  Is it possible that Nortons is blocking emails from this sender and how would I find that and change/permit emails from this wow.com sender??

Have you checked your spam/junk folder?

What email client are you using, or are you using a web mail web site?

I am using Outlook Express, and I have checked the spam/junk folder and everywhere else I can think.  I don’t know if my trouble began exactly when I loaded Norton’s on Nov. 6th, because I don’t normally receive emails daily from my church’s wowway email senders, nclctreasurer and nclcsecretary. 

I tried turning off Nortons for 15 minutes and accessing the wowway online account for nclctreasurer and sending myself an email from that account.  I did not receive it.  I’ve checked and double checked my email address in the church computer.  The Norton’s chat room said this is probably Wowway problem.

I have sent an email to Wowway asking for help.  Have yet to hear.  No one at church acknowledges making a change that might have caused this.

Any suggestions you have for finding and solving this problem would be greatly appreciated.

Try sending an email to someone else from that wow.com email address. If they do not receive it, there is a problem with that email provider. If they do, it would seem to be on your system, and we can look deeper.

Should have mentioned that emails from [Removed] to other recipients are received.  The only problem is from that email address to me at [Removed].  Tomorrow while I'm at the church I will try sending to my .[Removed] address as well as to others to try to isolate problem to my computer.  Thanks again.
