Cannot run the Disk Optimization Properly

My Norton says that my pc requires Disk Optimization to improve performance but upon clicking the disk optimization it only scans for a little while and then the scan completes itself with the result that says it has been cancelled. And it always results as cancelled every time I tried to run it. Why is that? Although I havent cancelled it, it always shows that it has been cancelled and it won't go away.

Can somebody help me resolve this? Thank you.

This doesn't sound like a 360 problem. Something else is getting in the way. I will assume that a full scan runs correctly. You might download the free version of Malwarebytes scanner, install it, update it and run a full scan.

Let us know how it works out

Hope this helps
