Cannot sign in to ID safe - says incorrect password.

I cannot sign in to my Safe today.

I am not sure if it is due to a problem with Norton servers - the message I get is that I have entered an incorrect password - I have not, of course. I note that others have spoken of being a problem with Norton servers but am not sure if that is the problem I am having as the error message I am getting seems to be different.

If something has happened to my account however, then how do I rectify it? If,  for example,  it had been hacked and the password changed then how would one take action in that regard or even know about it for sure?

Just checked and I am able to log in. I have not had any problems this morning so it is possible that you are having a communications problem between you and the Norton servers. Try again and if you are still having a problem contact customer support

Hi,

Can you please try the below steps and check whether your vault password is working fine in Portal.

1) Browse to "https://identitysafe.norton.com" and login to your Norton Account and later to you vault with the password which you 

     feel should work. Check whether your vault password is accepted in Identity Safe Portal.

2) If your vault password is working fine in Identity Safe portal then the issue could be due to some server errors.

     Please reboot the machine once and logout of NA and login back to same NA and try to login vault.

I cannot login anymore either.  I have ran updates, logged in, logged out, rebooted numeous times.

At first I thought it might be because my Firefox updated.  But I can't log in to my vault in IE either.

What's going on with Norton?  Have you been compromised or was it a bad update from Norton?

BTW, I am running Vista 64 bit if that makes any difference.

I finally had to uninstall and reinstall Norton.  I figured something was probably wrong with my install when I was able to log into my vault on another computer in the house.

The problem was on my Vista 64 bit, but I was able to open my vault on my XP 32 bit.  I tried changing the password via the XP but it still didn't take on the Vista.

Problem solved after the reinstall of Norton on my Vista.  Luckliy it doesn't take as long as it used too.
