Cannot sign in to ID safe - says incorrect password.
I cannot sign in to my Safe today.
I am not sure if it is due to a problem with Norton servers - the message I get is that I have entered an incorrect password - I have not, of course. I note that others have spoken of being a problem with Norton servers but am not sure if that is the problem I am having as the error message I am getting seems to be different.
If something has happened to my account however, then how do I rectify it? If, for example, it had been hacked and the password changed then how would one take action in that regard or even know about it for sure?
