cannot uninstall NF from Android devices after deleting account

I deleted my account and now trying to delete the NF app from my Android devices - I cannot remove them.

What's the procedure to do so? I recreated my account as "free" account with the same username and password but I still get an error on the devices: "The device is associated with a different account. Refer to manage.norton.com". I went to the manage.norton.com site but didn't find anything that could help me remove the apps.

I did try.

When I get into the "House Rules" page - it is empty

After I logon to the parent administration page on the app - I see a red message: "This device is associated with a different account. Refer to mange.norton.com."
