Cannot view videos shared by Amazon Photo.  It is said a website was blocked, but I can't see the blocked website from the alert.

Thanks for reaching out to the Norton Family forum.
Viewing content shared via Amazon photos will require "File Sharing" category to be enabled in the Child's web protection settings.
Please enable "File Sharing" category in the Child's web protection settings and try again.
If the issue still persists please share a screenshot of the error or alert you are seeing. This will help us in figuring out the issue faster.
Also please note that long pressing on the "Website Blocked" notification/alert will give you more information on what website was blocked.
