Can't find safe search on my browser

Hello,

I installed Norton 360 and I also installed the safe web extension for Edge and Firefox.

I remember some time ago when I was a Norton user, I went to browser settings and selected Norton safe search as my search engine. When I searched for something, it used Norton safe search.

Now... I can't find safe search at all, from either browser. It shows that safe web is active but whenever I search for something, it won't use safe search, also on both browsers I cannot set it as a default search engine, it is not even on the list.

Any ideas how to fix this? Thank you.

what works for me to install Norton extensions

for Edge | Chrome | Firefox -> call https://search.norton.com/protect from Edge | Chrome | Firefox 

for Edge or Chrome -> use Browser: drop down -> click Browser Extensions puzzle piece

for Firefox -> call https://search.norton.com/protect from Firefox 

as always, your mileage may vary

Ahh.... good. I got confused because for some reason when I searched Firefox extensions and Edge extensions, it never gave me results. It only offered safe web. Also if I click extensions under internet security on the program itself, nothing happens for me. It seems like it tries to open something but closes it immediately. No idea why. But these links work, I can now download and install them. Thank you :)

Yes, I see "open close" with Firefox from the Browser: drop down -> Browser Extensions puzzle piece.
