Can't get connected to a live agent or person via chat support

I can't get connected to a live agent or person via chat support. After Kate, the chat bot says she will connect me to someone, she never does and the chat times out after a long time. Tested this on Google Chrome and MS Edge. Turned all ad block extensions off too. Have allowed all cookies. I've signed in and out of my Norton account in the browsers and app multiple times. Still nothing works.

I Sign'd In to my Norton account -> Contact Norton Support -> Chat Support: Chat Now
I click'd "Manage my account" -> "Something else" and type'd "Live Agent" until ChatBot Kate reply: "transferring you to a specialist for further assistance".
