Can't log in to Identity Safe
I just bought a new Dell laptop (running Windows 10) and installed security with backup (the Core related version), which works flawlessly on my other computers, however on the new one I am unable to log in to Identity Safe.
When I have Internet Explorer open and click on the Access Vault icon in the tool bar, the expected Get Started window opens, but when you click on the sign in button the button color flashes to show its been pressed normally, but then nothing happens. I have the same result in Firefox.
