This forum thread needs a solution.

Can't log in to my Vault

Started my PC this morning and did a life update right away, then I tried to log in to my Vault but I was not able to. It said  N360 not responding. Updates work with out a problem Rebooted my PC and was running live update  but no joy.

Any body have any clues what happen?

I think there might be a server issue. I've inquired about this. Should have more information about it on Monday I think.

Success always occurs in private and failure in full view. Windows 10 Pro 64 bit Norton Core Security Plus Core Firmware 282 I E 11 Chrome latest version.

Every things is working again :) Had to sign in to my Norton Account then I was able to sign in to my Vault.

Glad it was fixed so fast. Good job as always.

The Norton Toolbar/Identity Safe completely ruined my Sunday. I work with windows 7. First thing I do when power computer up is Norton Live Update. Then I encounter that nothing works in IE11, pages won't start. It take 20 min for a website to appear.

First I set my computer back to a recovery date from a week ago. Not the solution. Then I figure it out that it has something to do with Norton 360 because some items the settings page will not respond. So I used NRnT to reinstalled Norton 360 several times, run NPE also not worked. I was not abele to surf on the internet for answers.

Today I found out on this site that it has to do with server issues by Symantec.

Please make sure that It won't happen again especially not in the weekends. It take me a complete Sunday for troubleshooting while I had a lot of work to do with my computer.

Is possible to switch to a local Identity Safe? Or run both?
