I can't log into Norton Family on anything, computer at home, computer at work or my cell phone. It just keeps showing this....

Katie, Yes, I am getting the same spinning yellow circle as sharieg.
Same issue here. Kid locked out. On vacation. Can't change settings. Seems I have to wait until tomorrow to change. this is not good! two days now and counting.

Still can't log in via a PC but I can on my Android phone....................frustrating since I can't see as much info on my phone as I can the computer.
This is really getting ridiculous that we can't log in!! My daughters laptop has her locked out saying she is out of time and it says my log in credentials are bad when I log in on the need more time pop up!!
Norton is supposed to be one of the best in the industry and we use your Internet security on our computers as well. But you can't even keep a simple program going that tracks the kids!! I'm starting to wonder if you can keep my computers protected for viruses too! You keep making program changes that makes features not work on Android that used to work just find and want to blame it on everything but yourselves. Fix this or I will not only get my money back for the Premium version of Norton Family, I will find another internet security program to run when my subscription runs out in 2 months!
I too am facing the same problems, Well while using the free version all was good but after purchasing the Premium we are having problems.
1. Unable to Log In to website as it gives the message Signing into your account & the yellow circle keeps on circling.
2. Unable to Add my sons Mobile Device Samsung S4 as I get the message Failed to associate this device to childs account
3. On my PC my son's user login works fine but when my daughter tries loging in it does not & gets locked out saying she is out of time
I have tried all the steps to resolve, unstalling & reinstalling. I am feeling cheated as after paying we arent getting the desired services. Could you please have this rectified or process my refund.
Can you please check to see if you are still experiencing the login issue. Please let me know the results.

I can't log in either. I'm getting the same message "Signing into your account (Yellow Circle) Please wait.
I still can't log in. I can't log in on any computer with our without Family installed in it. I can't log in to the pop up to extend my daughter's time and I can't log in to even uninstall it from my computer.
We got my daughter a new surface pro and I keep getting emails that she is trying to log in at 3AM and I know she isn't and then this morning the time alert came on and all she did was restart it and then got online just fine to do homework all while her time was supposed to be blocked.
The team is continuing to investigate the issue. I apologize for any inconveniences caused. I'll keep you updated as soon as I get any updates.
Thanks Katie. This is really getting old as tomorrow will make it 2 weeks that I first posted on here that I can't log in and it's been and issues longer than that. I guess I wouldn't be so upset if I was on the Free version but I'm not, I paid for this!
I too have this problem, for 3 weeks i havent been able to login, last weekend me and my son was at the biggest LAN festival in the World, Dreamhack in Sweden, his computer was locked with the time settings we had on it at night, and we could not login or add time on the pc, i tested to login from 3 computers, android app, a final solution was to spend 2 hours to reinstall windows on his computer.....

I think I speak for most of us here, we are paying for a product that is supposed to help us protect our kids, and though it may not have a high priority for your "team", for us this is my child's safety and security we are talking about. I expect better from a company like Symantec. You have put out a product that us parents are relying on and charging us for it as well. The slow resolution and lack of explanation other than "The team is working on it" is extremely frustrating and disappointing. If this team can't figure it out get some others involved that can. I get the impression this is just a side project your team works on when they have a little time. Fix this product so that it consistently does what it is advertised to do. Put a team on it around the clock until it is fixed and keep us updated with more information than "we're working on it".
I have the same issue: Attempts to log into Norton Family on a desktop browser are met with the "Signing into your account" with the spinning ring.
Incidentally, I am currently logged into my mobile app on Android.
EDIT: I also had trouble logging into this Community site. I forgot my password, and so elected to have a new password sent to my e-mail address. This is the same address I use to log into Norton Family. I got the response that "[e-mail address] is not recognized as a user name or an e-mail address." So I tried to create a new account with the same e-mail address, only to be told "The e-mail address [address] is already registered" I'm not sure if the credentials for the Community and Norton Family are linked, but getting both these messages for the same address indicates that something is borked.
Alright everyone I am back and running again!! I called Technical support on Sunday and ended up being put in contact with Level 2 tech support. He was awesome!! Couldn't fix my log in issues right then but I tried on Monday morning and no luck. Tried again Monday evening and I've been good to go since!!
Knock on wood this issues is fixed for me. He did take a screen shot of all the other people on this thread having issues and I told him there are others that have started a thread of their own as well. So they are well aware now that this is a HUGE problem for more than just a few people!
So I suggest you call tech support and see if they can't fix it for you too! 800-745-6061
I have been having issues for the past 3 days and technical support sent me here. He said there are no reports that there is a problem with the website...yet I just read these comments that a ton of other people are having problems. VERY frustrating.
