Yes....Having an issue with Vault via Firefox

there is definitely a problem as the support chat team said it is being updated but no word whether our Identity Safe passwords are comprimised ........ was told it would take 24 hours or so for remedy!
I'm sure nothing has been compromised. It's probably a server issue. I have seen some people complain about this, but a couple of hours later, all was well again. They might be testing out something or updating something or doing something on the back end. It's Sunday night, so usually a slow time as well as a day off for some in the USA on Monday.
Spent a lot of time today with this problem! It is now fixed, BUT, not everyone is in the good old US of A. I am in Australia.
It was a waste of my Monday! (not Sunday)
They need to come to terms with the fact that they service the whole world.
It's down again according to their status page.

I still cannot login into my Identity Safe. Status claims to be all OK......BUT it is NOT all OK.
UPDATE- it is working now.
I just tried to access the online vault from FF and IE and did not have problems from Canada.
It may be some localized issues. What part of the world are you in?
as of 7:17PM EST - in Miami Florida, online vault still not working but I can access my vault with the Norton's icon in Windows 10. So it's just the auto fill now. This is weird as it was just working Sunday during the day but by Sunday night not working and could not my vault from computer!
I love the auto fill feature but can survive with my vault open on the computer!
As of Sunday night (Eastern USA) we were back to normal. I should have mentioned that while this was going on i had decided to do a Quick Scan and the software thought it was not connected to the internet. Whatever the problem was it is no longer a problem in our house.
