Can't login to Vault
My Norton Vault produced have been producing the message: "Your Norton Account is temporarily locked due to too many failed log-in attempts. Verify that your password is correct and try..." for few weeks. Today I tried removing the entire Norton installation and re-installed; it doesn't help.
There is no "Too many failed log-in attempts" because I can access to my vault on a browser and from other computers. I seems a growing problem in this forum, but I couldn't find a solution here. Can anyone help?
