Can't Purchase Utilities Ultimate from website!

After Norton 360 Deluxe allowed me two Free Trials of Utilities Ultimate they are now stating in Red "Unavailable" and I can no longer purchase the first year for $39.99 when you click on the yellow button. After Chatting Twice and Calling Norton Three Times (they can't clear it out, just make the purchase from "their end for me"). Why have Norton purchase it for me because they can't unlock the "Unavailable" when if I purchase it from my end on the website I can use the Rakuten Chrome Extention and get 90% Off/Cash Back of the $39.99 which ends up only costing me $3.99 for the first year instead of $39.99 for the first year? WTF? Any Suggestions?

Proberly a bug on ther website just remember you is getting the new norton utilities and it is still in beta

Thank you and taking that into consideration I asked Norton via phone and was told it's not true. They don't know why they can't cancel my expired Norton Utilities Ultimate free trial (which ended two months ago) the entire Norton 360 Deluxe became worse and worse over the past two years as you know. SELF-OVERRIDE: I finally grew a brain and some nuts and got CC Cleaner to clean up PC that Norton loves to rub my face in, (the fact that it needs a good cleaning) a couple of times a week! The sad thing is, half the time Norton's products are *90% Off* meaning IF I could purchase an add-on from the website instead of through a useless agent via the telephone I could use the Rakuten Chrome Extension and only pay $3.99 + tax when the Cash Back comes in every quarter! Shite!

But when it is in fuld version considere it it is why better then the old one

If you got windows 10 many of the bugs is fix and it is more stabile after the .net update
