Can't sign in Norton Mobile

I installed Norton Mobile on a new android device, a Samsung Galaxy S8 phone.  Install went fine, but when I try to sign in so I can activate the phone, it just clocks and never gives me a sign in prompt.  I powered off and powered on the phone a few times, cleaned up cache and memory hoping there was something that was preventing the Norton's from signing in, but nothing seemed to help.

I suspect an app is blocking sign in, but I don't know what to look for.  This phone has a lot going on, so that's why I think that its an app.  Any thoughts?

What Android version is on your device?

When you cleaned up the cache and memory, are you referring to the App Data  for Norton Mobile Security, NMS, in Android Settings?

If you have already cleared the app data with no change, try clearing the app data again, then uninstalling NMS. Restart the device, then reinstall NMS and test.

Things happen. Export/Backup your Norton Password Manager data.
