Can't uninstall Norton

Hi, I am using Norton security Ultra on a windows 11. I was trying to reinstall Norton security Ultra because it messed up my firewall settings, and now I don't get any network in my system, so while I was trying to uninstall Norton security Ultra I noticed that the unistall popup was broken/glitched (screenshot attached) I don't know if it's my systems fault or Norton's, doses anyone know a way around this?

@bjm_, I have tried that but it still won't give me internet even though wifi is connected, I have managed to get Norton remove and reinstall software, through a usb from a different system to mine and got my Norton uninstalled, now my problem if *fixed*, I also reset my firewall settings and now I am connected to the internet, thanks everyone for the replies.

Maybe, run registry cleaner tool for example: CCleaner. 
FWIW ~ I've run CCleaner - Registry Cleaner after R&R tool -> Remove Only.   Just me.

From your image, it appears you have Windows settings for your display set to greater than 100% magnification. Many users have had issues with Norton graphics when using magnifications greater than 100%.

Hi thanks for the reply, but Nortons firewall settings is blocking my internet access, so I can't install any software online, is there anything I can do to uninstall Norton from my system without downloading any software or without going to the Norton uninstall pop up?
