Product Announcement: Norton Security 22.23.4.6 for Windows is now available!
I can get to the screen that has the option: "Uninstall Norton & remove all my user data", but when I click it, nothing happens. I'm offline. Do I have to have internet access for this to work?
Using Windows 10.

Are you using a Windows Admin Account?
Are you using the Norton Removal and Reinstall Tool from here. www.norton.com/nrnr If not, try that and use the Advanced Options > Remove only.

Thank you. The www.norton.com/nrnr link seems to have worked ok, which required me to connect to the internet.
There are currently 6 users online.
