Capitalone credit card validation

Every now and again Transactions made using my capitalone card produces a pop up to cross check my password using Arcot Secure Services this requires me to input specific characters from my password but the first input field is completely masked by the ID safe logo and I'm unable to input the required character, it makes no difference whether I'm logged into my ID safe or not the logo just self populates.

As this is an issue with one site, you can report it to Norton. From your browser, click on the ID Safe icon at the right of the browser address bar. Then be sure the vault is open. Then click the icon again, then on the 3 dots at the bottom right. Then click on Feedback and submit the web site information.
