CCSVCHST.EXE out of control - HELP!!!
I have been building a new WIN7 system.
I have clean (after NRT) installed both NIS 2012 and NIS 2013. With either one from time to time, CCSVCHST.EXE goes rogue and consumes 100% of the availabe CPU of the processor on which it is executing. This cannot be right, but I am at a loss as how to fix it.
