Hello. I want to change my Norton SafeWeb username from GETBUCK to something more friendly, e.g. NotADoctor

From what I searched and found, this had to be done manually by a Norton staff member. I could find no way to change my safeweb username on my own.

Very few of us here have accounts set up there. So not much experience to count on here.
When you sign into your Account on that profile page, is there not a settings page when you click on your user icon? If so, maybe there is an edit feature for the username.

Unfortunately no, when signing in and going to your account/profile, it only gives the options to change avatar and change password.
In my research on the community forums, it seems to only be possible with the help of Norton admins: https://community.norton.com/en/forums/how-can-i-change-my-safeweb-display-name
