Chat field is inactive, can’t get help

Message to relaunch Norton Mobile for anti-theft feature (where is relaunch icon or button?!) - tried to get help from Chat, but field to select help topic is inactive. Cannot get Chat. So I have 2 problems.

To relaunch Norton Mobile Security, NMS, you can just restart your device and tap the NMS icon.

I'm not sure exactly what you are seeing about the anti-theft feature. From what I can recall, you may need to sign into your Norton Account to activate the anti theft feature. You also may be seeing the need to activate the Device Administrator setting for NMS.  If you can clarify just what you are seeing by giving the exact wording of any message you are seeing.

Things happen. Export/Backup your Norton Password Manager data.
