Chrome Searching

When I open a new tab to search for, say, Krogerf Krogerfeedback.com comes up just like you want. I click on Krogerfeedback.com but it doesn't go to that website. I have to scroll down a long list to find it. Then when I'm done I have three tabs to close! Why is Norton making searches so inefficient? The yellow check mark in the Subscribe box at bottom of this form should be a darker color.
