I'm running Norton 360 Version 4. When I clear the Full History I get the message. Clear History Security Alert The selected action did not succeed. But it looks like it did clead the history. Any Help???
If your subscription is current I'd recommend updating to the new version.
Be sure to uninstall, reboot, run the Norton Removal Tool, reboot and then install the version of your choice
It may not help but at least it gets you on the latest playing field and we can go from there
I'm not interested in upgrading at this time. That would only bring on a new set of problems knowing Norton's history. I'm looking for a possible solution in Version 4.
