Is cloud back-up working now for Mac?

Experts,
Today I got a message from Norton saying that my plan included cloud back-up and that I should activate it.
Before going down the rabbit-hole labyrinth of the Norton website to try to do this, I thought I would ask you folks.
Last I tried to do this, Mac's were not allowed — has that changed?
