Cloud Backup

Customers who use Norton 360 on an iMac are short changed in that they do not have access to Cloud Backup. Why is this and when will Norton start to offer this option for iMac users?

We have been asking for this feature since ages. I have 360 Premium with 100 GB cloud back and it's useless as I use Apple products only!! It's no rocket science, is it?
