Cloud Backup password problem after upgrade to Norton 360 with Lifelock Select Plus

Upgraded from Norton Security to Norton 360 with Lifelock Select Plus.

When I try to run Manage Cloud Backup and enter my Norton 360 password, it states "Incorrect Password". How do I reset the Cloud Backup password?

The cloud backup password is just your Norton Account password, as the backups are stored in your Account. You can try restarting your computer and trying again. Be sure you are using the Restart command. Not Shutdown and startup again if you have Windows Fast Startup feature enabled. If you use Windows 8/8.1, 10 or 11, there can be an issue with the Windows Fast Startup feature.. Thanks Peterweb, unfortunately no luck. I have rebooted a couple of time, full boot. Also changed the Norton PW and tried again. I can login to Norton but when I try to "manage" the Cloud Backup and enter the same Norton PW, it still say "incorrect". I suspect the backup wants the PW from the Norton Security version that I had when I setup the backup. After upgrading to Norton 360, I no longer have the old pw.

Did you start a new Norton Account when you changed to 360? Just upgrading to 360 should not change the required password for the backup.

Are you able to access your cloud backups from within your Norton Account at   https://my.norton.com ?

Finally back to my problem with Backup.

I did not start a new Norton Account when I changed to 360. I did an update to the new version. 

Yes, I am able to access backups via my.norton.com and Norton 360 installed on PC. I can view the backed up data; however, I can still NOT "Manage Backup Sets". I enter the same PW that I use to access Norton 360 and My.Norton.Com but still states "incorrect password". 

FIXED - I found and used my Norton password used before the update to 360. That works; however, I can't find a way to change the pw so looks like I need to continue to use the old pw just for Backup set management, ARGH!!

Good news you have accessed the backups.

For simplicity sake, you could change the password for your Norton Account back to the old password.
