I contacted Norton because I was being billed separately for my HP account and my Mac account. I had tried several times in the past to combine and nothing. I finally go someone who was able to combine both accounts under a new email address since my school address was soon to expire due to my retirement. She even was able to upgrade, but in doing so she "lost" my lifelock account, my internet security, and my online back that was tied to my HP account. I tried chatting, talking to rep on phone and no one could help me, they transferred my to LifeLock they confirmed my account was still open but tied to Norton so they could not help me there.
Not sure what happened with my lifelock account.
Not sure what happened to my internet security.
Not sure what is going on with my online backup.
Why isn't there a way to contact Norton via email?
