Compatability of NEW Microsoft Edge browser with Norton Products.

 I recently made a search using the search function on my computer, and a message offering a download of the NEW Microsoft Edge browser appeared! Has anyone heard any information on this new version? From what I could find, it looks as though it is going to have a LifeLock type application among other things. Is it compatible with Norton products, or is it still too new?
