Computer being used but not being paid again.

Hello to whom it may concern this morning at 10:30 am my hash rate was 556.256088 and my unpaid currency was 0.001098278968 = $3.54  now at 3:41 my hash rate is 36.87176 and my unpaid currency never changed at all it's at the same place how is it possible all day i was running high hash rates and my currency not change? I was told to install the new update it loaded a patch and still does not work.
