Connection Issues with Online identity Safe
Since 4/13 I have been unable to access my online Identity Safe from 2 different computers. Each time I get the error message "connection timed out". I have the latest version of Norton 360 on both computers. One computer (my office desktop) has Windows Vista for its operating system; the other (my laptop - used at home) has Windows 7. Each computer uses a different ISP. Because I get the "connection timed out" error message, I don't get the option to change my password or reset the Identity Safe. Because this issue arises under 2 different ISPs, I suspect the real problem is with Norton and not with my computers.
