connectsafe blocking legitimate sites

Oddly, ConnectSafe is blocking legitimate websites. Instead of the website appearing, I get a page in French (!) saying that my browser cannot find the website. I use Firefox as well as Chrome, latest editions. I've tried removing ConnectSafe from my computer (Windows 10), following the instructions at https://support.norton.com/sp/en/us/home/current/solutions/v53246991_End.... Still, the legitimate website would not load. Then I reloaded ConnectSafe and changed the DNS settings on my router according to Norton Security instructions, and I still run into the same problem. Thank you for your help.

1. Seems that home domain is clean: https://www.virustotal.com/en/url/f84d96ae67506f9f24bd66492bff2f87400038...

2. I can't still open the target url nor http://www. humaneparty.org/portal.htm on a CLEAN OS:

I am sorry, I am not sure about this question ("Which ConnectSafe Policy...?") since I am not a seasoned online Norton user! Thank you for the question, though.

Re: connectsafe blocking legitimate sites

This does not appear to be a Norton ConnectSafe issue.  I am using OpenDNS and this morning I was able to reach the site, but currently cannot.  Chrome and Firefox both now report that they are unable to resolve the address.  So it looks like the site may be having some DNS issues.  Perhaps it may have changed its IP address recently.  If so, it can take awhile for the new address to propagate through the DNS system.

Re: connectsafe blocking legitimate sites

Thank you everyone for your supportive messages. It's quite possible that the site has DNS issues. It makes sense to me. If this issue persists beyond a week, I'll return here and let you know.
