continuous update popup on Mac

I keep getting a popup that asks me to click OK to update. I have run live update from the app, but it doesn't seem to clear it. 

Also ran a quick and full scan, along with a clean, but it's still popping up. Is this official or not?

after a few days of this PITA pop-up, and it seems nothing will be done to stop it, I've uninstalled Norton. Sayonara!
