Core Failure

I have had the Norton Core router set-up for a couple of months with absolutely no issues until the CORE servers crashed.  Now I have had to call the support team 4 times in the last three weeks because the router has lost connectivity with all my wireless connections.  I have restarted, reset, and done everything I was told and still have to unplug and restart the core router every two days.

Has anyone else had or have this issue? if so what was your resolution short of turning the router back into Norton and setting up another router

Re: Core Failure

Hello Dierk Customers all over are still having this issue. My personal suggestion is as I have done. That is to set your Core DNS to ISP, you don't need to input the values since Core will do that for you. It may also reboot.

Re: Core Failure

Hello again Dierk. Core firmware is now at version 226. Others are reporting their issues have disappeared. So I'm following up to see what your status is.
