Thanks for the clarification. Make sure on the phone you are using that your provider data is being used, WIFI OFF and Bluetooth ENABLED.
On the affected computer perform the following then reboot BOTH the computer, your ISP device and Core at the same time:

Brick, I'm following up to see whether the suggestions we gave changed things for you.
Tried everything you suggested but phone app "Core control app" still does not populate any connection data. DNS is not an issue.
Is this possibly what you are seeing on your app screen?
Edited: Are you using an Android or iOS device?
Uninstalling the phone app and reinstalling fixed the problem. Thank you.
