Popup says "Core product files have been modified. Please run smart update or reinstall product." I ran smart update and still receiving message. This is Norton Utilities 16.
Should I have posted this in another forum since it is a NORTON UTILITIES 16 issue?
Yes Pauline. I was ask this be moved to Other Norton Products board for better exposure since its not related to the Core router. So that was may see what you are seeing please post a screenshot of the message pop-up here in your post. Here is how to do that. The Norton removal and reinstall tool doesn't remove NU.
Hello again. Another user seems to have a solution in another thread here. Please reboot, then run intelligent updates again on your product.
