Cost of renewal?

Hi,

I am in Australia. 

I have two products:  360 Deluxe and Utilities Ultimate.  

My Subscription page indicates that for both renew on 8/7/2022.

I have two questions:

1.  Is that the US or AU format date?  I.e. will the products renew 8 July or 8 August?

2.  What is the total cost?

Norton Community does not have access to your Norton account, subscription nor payment information. 
Please Contact Norton Support - Australia regarding your subscription/. 

Australia

  • Norton sends (for annually recurring subscriptions) email notice (with price, term, and related details) usually about 30-45 days before current term expiry. 
  • Users report Norton pulls recurring subscription payment usually about 30-45 days before current term expiry. 
  • Users report approx 30-45 days before current term expire...not being able to change Automatic Renewal Service setting.

Please run Help -> Subscription Status

for example:

Does your Subscription expire in approx: 25 days or approx: 55 days

  • In Australia and the United Kingdom, the sequence is day, month, year – for example, 7/12/2020.
  • In the United States and some other countries, it is month, day, year – for example, 12/7/2020.

Since I work in the support center, I can tell you the best way to get a discount on price would be to contact support and Let them know that you wish to renew and want to know details of the renewal, They would assist you with renewal and as well as a good discount. You can start a chat from the support page to reach to a agent. :-)
