Credit Score not up to date

I view my credit score periodically and noticed that Lifelock/Norton is not up to date on my credit score. I knew it was higher than that so I had company run my credit and it was like 90 points higher than what was showing on Lifelock/Norton app. Please find a way to keep this updated with a more accurate reading that your service provides.
