Crypto mining is not appearing

Hi,

I have recently enrolled my second computer in the Norton EAP program in hopes of Eth mining. On my primary machine, I have been mining for two months now without issue. My second machine has been enrolled in EAP for about two weeks now and despite daily live updating and fresh booting every morning, the mining option is just not showing up.

Computer Region is set to United States and the Regional format is English (United States). Live update channel is EAP.

Using Norton 360 Premium, Version 22.21.10.37.

Video Card is a 3060Ti, latest drivers always installed.

make sure you are logged in on the client Norton 360 and reboot your machine

Hi Matt, thanks for looking at this. I believe I have always been logged in as per the attached screenshot.

Hi Matt,

As per the attached screenshot, I think my machine is always logged in. Is there something else I missed?

I am logged in and have rebooted twice now.
