crypto mining problem

I am sure this is a windows issue, but I thought I would ask. Anyone else have NCrypt Binary. has stopped working? Sends something to Microsoft. Then gives me the option to close program, which is funny because I know it's already closed by Windows because Norton restarts it. And I get multiple windows now "close program". I wonder if it's a Admin issue, my brother is having that issue with the last windows update on MalwareBytes UI, it won't open without admin rights. Both issues started after we did a windows update.

Do you know if this maintenance was preplanned or if it was a decided early morning to perform it?

I have been calling all day today, 11/09/21. I cant get help from anyone and they give me this number to call 800-607-8055. I have been trying to withdraw my coins into coinbase,  and it look like my wallet got block or something.  I need answer please and for someone to take care of this.
