I recently had a subscription issue that I needed assistance with, I did not want to use online chat as it was too involved to type and take the extended time chat takes. I wanted to discuss options etc. I was given a support number online that doesn't connect so I ended up having to use chat. I was given the same number by them, I tried again and told them it didn't connect. I was given another number, that also didn't connect. I asked for a local Australian office number but that wasn't available. I was then given the international support number ... that didn't connect! I was told a callback would be organised within 24 hrs, 48 hrs later I received a callback but missed it. They left a msg that they'd callback but if I wanted to deal with my need sooner they supplied a number, this turned out to be one of the earlier numbers supplied that doesn't connect. I have not heard back from them so I tried the number they rang from and got stuck in auto system asking for social security number which I don't have(not being American), I eventually was told to hold for an operator ... half an hr later I hung up. I have resolved some of my issues after spending an hour on chat and given up generally as its too hard. Totally unsatisfactory service and can't believe the situation with phone numbers ... outrageous and unprofessional. Been with Nortons for many, many years and am extremely disappointed.
