Dark Web Monitoring on Android shows "Not Active."

Dark Web Monitoring is showing "not active" on my Android cellphone. It's active on my laptop & I get emails w/issues found in the Dark Web. How do I make it active on my cellphone? I can't find a solution anywhere. Appreciate anyone's help.

Are you signed in to Norton from your phone?

The Dark Web monitoring is connected to your Norton Account. Not to individual devices. Where are you seeing that Dark Web Monitoring is not active? I do not see a Dark Web Monitoring section anywhere in the app

What device and Android version are you using?
