I am a Norton360 Premium subscriber living in the UK. Norton have asked me to set up dark web monitoring. I find that it will only accept a US address and regards my UK details as invalid.
Has anyone any suggestions please.

Thanks for replying and showing the earlier query which I had not seen, they don't like the UK driving license format either. Their chat service could not help, they gave me a London number to call, but no humans available sadly, just canned music and a recorded voice telling me not to hang up else I go to the back of the queue (length undisclosed). I could grow old at this game.

Yes support has a way of making you grow sleepy and old also...
Sorry I could not help much but if you complain loud enough to the right people they might make a program change and allow you to enter your address. And maybe the change is in the works already who knows.
But I wish you well with your problem.

I spoke with Tech Support and they indicated that roll-out of address related parts of Dark Web Monitoring beyond US was WIP. Maybe Norton should consider that rollout of new features is best done when the software is ready for all, OR, stop sending emails telling ineligible users to sign up to something that does not work for them.

Congratulations on getting through. Why it should be work in progress when they can accept UK names and addresses for billing activity defeats me. I guess we just have to wait.
