Dark Web Monitoring Powered by LifeLock. Dark Web Monitoring Powered by LifeLock is only available to residents of Germany and the UK. If we find the user's personal information on the Dark Web, we send him a notification so that he can take action. Please note that we cannot remove information from the Dark Web and that we cannot guarantee the accuracy or integrity of information on the Dark Web. The e-mail address used to create the NortonLifeLock account is automatically monitored from the start. If you do not want this e-mail address to be monitored, change the address of your account. You can add additional information to monitor by logging into your account.
At the end, after days of research I managed to understand by myself that the Dark Web feature is only available on 2 countries in Europe (continent). This is very sad since this same feature is advertised in all countries I presume thanks to the geolocation of the Norton site. Although the advertisement is everywhere, no exact list of countries where it can be used is specified anywhere. Indeed, there are conflicting news and even the support service gives false information to users.
