Dark web monitoring not working?

I purchased Norton 360 Dexlue yesterday. It's been good so far except I can't enroll in dark web monitoring.

When I click on the link do it, I get brought to an error page with a red exclamation point in a red circle. There's nothing else on the page. I can't do anything.

It happens on Firefox and Chrome.

Any ideas?

Hello. Open your Norton product and look at the top of the open dialog for the word HELP. Click it. The Help Center dialog will open, on the left side click "Get Support". Allow the tool to run and check your install. If nothing is found run live update until nothing else is found and reboot your machine. Let us know if that helped.

You can also chat with support to see if there is an issue with your account which they can assist you with resolving by going here.

Did you sign into your Norton Account from your 360 product? That is required to access the dark web feature.

Things happen. Export/Backup your Norton Password Manager data.
