Data protector processes

Norton 360 has been interfering with the latest version of a software package I use for my business. Specifically, Data Protector appears to be interfering with the transfer of the thousands of files by the nearly 500 executables upon which this program relies, and causing it to regularly crash. If I disable Data Protector, the problems go away, but of course I didn't pay for this product only to disable one of it's major components.
Excluding file types doesn't appear to be the best option, as there are too many, and this would leave some of my most important data unprotected. Excluding the 494 executables upon which this application relies from the Data Protector processes would appear to be the preferred approach. I can even port the list of executables and their paths to a simple text file.
However, it appears Norton provides no convenient or practical way to add process exclusions to Data Protector. The interface won't even allow you to paste a path/file.exe into a dialog (which would still take a long time with 494 entries). It appears the only way to exclude a process is to browse to each one individually thru an interface as crude and antique as Windows 3.1. It would take me so long to do this for all of the required processes, and then to repeat it each time I upgrade this software, that it's a total no-go.
Is there a text-editable file (eg. .ini file) to which I could just paste the paths and filenames for the processes I want excluded from Data Protector? If not, Norton really needs to provide some sort of import, or at least a simple Paste, to enter such processes.
I am running Norton 360 on Windows 11 Pro. The conflicting program is Dassault Systemes SIMULIA / CST.
