Date of last full scan

Where can I find the date of my last FULL system scan?
I set it up to run every 30 days, but I have no evidence that it has ever actually run.
"Smart Scan" runs all the time (444 times in the past year).
When I run "Smart Scan" manually, it finishes in 2 minutes, which doesn't seem like a "Full Scan".
I'm running Norton 360 with LifeLock, Version 22.22.4.11 (which seems to be the latest version).

Re: Date of last full scan

Right click the Norton icon in the system tray and select "View Recent History."  In the "Show" dropdown box, select "Scan Results."  In the search box, type "full."

Re: Date of last full scan

I see the same problem. Also running version 22.22.4.11

Under Scans and Risks I have "Scan - Entire Computer", Schedule "Run at specific time interval", 30 days.

My scan history goes back to 11 April and only shows Quick Scan results. There is no Full Scan ??

Curious, is your Custom Scan -> Full System Scan -> Stay On?

Re: Date of last full scan

Yes, it shows "After scan completion" - "Stay On".

Ahh okay.  Maybe, delete & re-create your Custom Scan, as test.
When I tested in January.  Full System Scan results recorded in History.
Sorry, I don't run Custom Scans.
Maybe, I'll test again.

FWIW ~ from Custom Scan windows...my manual Full System Scan -> Last Run recorded in History

Just wondering if your machine power options is set to put the machine to sleep/hibernate in less time than your Full System Scan needs to run.

From custom scan window (your first pictures) I have Full System Scan (showing "On"), Last Run - Never.

The Delete button does not work ??

Hmm...do you have a Custom Scan scheduled?
On meaning = X in the box.

Maybe, Full System Scan and Quick Scan are default.
Hmm...I need to play with delete/trashcan??

Re: Date of last full scan

Yeah, Edit Scan works.
Maybe, Custom Scan defaults do not delete
Maybe, I need to create another Custom Scan -> Full System Scan for Delete to work.

Edit:  @Davec33

Yep, Delete/trashcan is active with my Full System Scan TEST.
Yep, Delete is only active with non-default Custom Scans.
Custom Scan defaults do not delete.
Custom Scan defaults only edit.

Custom Scan preset options do not delete.
Custom Scan preset options only edit.
Which makes sense.

Re: Date of last full scan

Like I said, when I click on the trash can in the Delete column nothing happens.

Sorry, our posts crossed.

Still do not understand why I don't get a Full Scan.

Yes, our posts crossed.  Sorry.

Can you re-create your Custom Scan for today with close in time setting...as test.  And watch to see if Scan starts.  I scheduled my test 10 minutes ahead.

When I did my test.  I observed Norton pop out informing Scan started.

Yes, that worked. Now shows Full System Scan in Security History.
