Delete existing "Symantec Service Framework" icon before installing NIS product

The present NIS install does not delete existing "Symantec Service Framework" icon in [
Control Panel\All Control Panel Items\Notification Area Icons
] before installing NIS.
As a result, there are duplicate "Symantec Service Framework" icons in
Control Panel\All Control Panel Items\Notification Area Icons.
If this is not corrected, the user may end up with multiple "Symantec Service Framework" icons after several NIS installs over the years.

"The uninstall program of NIS should search the registry and delete the "Symantec Service Framework" icon during an uninstall.
Likewise, the install program of NIS should search the registry and delete the existing "Symantec Service Framework" icon during an install to prevent duplicates"
