Deletion of programs even after added to exclusion lists

I have downloaded and installed some software from a reputable source.

Every time i restart the software has been deleted.

I have added all the files from the software to exclusion lists - going to settings then antivirus then scans & risks then configuring items to exclude from scans (i have added the files and the folder which contained the files to this list) i have done the same to the exclude from the auto protect Sonar and download intelligence detection.

In the firewall settings i have added the program and allowed it access out through the firewall.

I have also gone to the folder and selected the files individually and right clicked where i get the "file insight" option and on the file details page i have selected the "trust" option and checked the new rating i repeated this for all other files in the program folder.

Yet Norton's still wants to delete the files. It comes up with a message that it wants to restart to get rid of a threat.

The software has an in built "teamviewer" type options which is very important i assume it is this that norton's thinks is dodgy.

Any help would be much appreicated.

Regards
