Device Does Not Appear on My Devices
I sent the email to invite my second Mac to the "My Devices" page. After I installed the Norton product, I restarted the computer. Then I got an error message FIX computer at Risk. I applied the fix. Then I got a Remote Management message: This Mac has been removed from your Norton account. I reinstalled Norton again, went through the same procedure and got a screen to enter the product code. It wouldn't accept the code. I assume because I had already used the product code on my initial Mac computer setup. I don't know what else to do. Can you please help? Thank you in advance.
