Device Does Not Appear on My Devices

I sent the email to invite my second Mac to the "My Devices" page.  After I installed the Norton product, I restarted the computer.  Then I got an error message FIX computer at Risk.  I applied the fix.  Then I got a Remote Management message:  This Mac has been removed from your Norton account.  I reinstalled Norton again, went through the same procedure and got a screen to enter the product code.  It wouldn't accept the code.  I assume because I had already used the product code on my initial Mac computer setup.  I don't know what else to do.  Can you please help? Thank you in advance.

Re: Device Does Not Appear on My Devices

Hello mbhoff01,

Apologies for the inconvenience.I'm really sorry that your Norton experience was not what you expected.

From the details given, it looks like the product key is either wrong, or no longer valid, or expired.

As an alternative, request you to uninstall the product from your device, and then sign in to your norton account portal page, and select download the product. Try downloading the installer and install the product. This should ideally activate your product. Please remove Norton Installer's in your Downloads folder( if you have any ), before you download the Norton installer.

Please let me know if this helps.

Re: Device Does Not Appear on My Devices

I did what you suggested and it still doesn't work.  I got the same error message
"This device has been removed...."
