Device List does not update

I am pretty regular in checking my CORE lately just to see what is going on with it. One thing that I have noticed is that my device list does not update with the devices that are actually connected. 

For example, I just put a Kindle Fire on my network, and I had to restart my router in order for it to show up. Another example is that I run a NAS (which I am currently backing up to) and it shows as inactive.

Any ideas?

And the Activity Feed does not update when a threat is detected.

I have a very similar issue. My Core sees 13 devices, one of which I don't know what it is so I deleted it. What would be nice would be if I also saw those same devices listed here under my account.

Hi I have just set up my Core and noticed similar issues.   ALL of my devices can access the internet, both wired and wireless, some are Roku boxes, others are PCs, I've got iPads and iPhones, Echo Dot, Netgear Arlo cameras, Ring doorbell, and Google Home.   Guess what, ZERO devices are shown as connected in the app.   When I tap Devices, I see only two and they are listed as "previously on your network".   Both are wired, one actually directly to the router while the other is via a switch.   Is the switch causing the problem, at least for wired?  Or does it cause issues for both wired and wireless perhaps?

Rebooted the Core per a suggestion from another thread and devices are starting to show up - all currently listed as unknown but will give it some time to check for them to get updated with more info.
